Scripture: “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart…” — Jeremiah 1:5
Reflection
You and I are not here by accident. Before we ever took our first breath, God had already written our story. Jeremiah struggled to believe this truth. When God called him, his immediate reaction was, “I’m too young. I can’t do this.” But God reminded Jeremiah that his calling didn’t depend on his fears, his age, or his ability — it depended on God’s plan and presence.
Like Jeremiah, we often feel unqualified, too weak, or too fearful. But the truth is, our limitations do not limit God. He is the Master Builder, and His blueprint for our life is perfect. He has equipped us, empowered us, and placed us right where we are for a reason.
When God touched Jeremiah’s mouth, He symbolized that the prophet’s words and authority would come from God Himself. The same is true for us — our platform is not built on talent or credentials, but on the presence of the living God working through us.
Out Working
• God’s plan predates your future.
• Your fears do not derail His purpose.
• Your platform is built on His presence.
We were built with a purpose — so walk confidently in it today.
Prayer
Father, thank You for reminding me that I am not an accident, but part of Your divine plan. Help me to trust that my fears and weaknesses do not disqualify me. Fill me with Your presence so that I can live boldly and walk faithfully in the purpose You designed for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
