Jesus Christ

President

Jesus Christ is the incarnate Word of God, fully human and fully divine, Creator and Savior, of the World, and He became a human being so that he could identify with our weaknesses and struggles, and most importantly, so that he could give his life to pay the penalty for the sins of all humankind (John 3:16; John 1:1,14; Hebrews 2:17; Philippians 2:5-11).

Rev. Keith Howard

Servant Leader

A Story of Grace, Calling, and Service

Rev. Keith Howard, Founder of Beacon Light Ministries International, carries a simple but powerful testimony: God still rescues, restores, and calls ordinary people into extraordinary purpose.

For 34 years, I built a successful career in civil engineering. But behind the professional life, there was a deeper struggle—one that came to a breaking point on November 27, 1994. Grieving the loss of his father and feeling spiritually empty, I found myself at rock bottom. In that moment, I remembered the words my grandmother once spoke: “If you ever get in trouble, call on Jesus.”

That night, He did—and everything changed.

In repentance and surrender, I called on Christ and experienced the transforming power of God’s grace. Instantly, the chains of my old life were broken. I walked away from alcohol and tobacco for good and stepped into a new life marked by purpose, peace, and a growing love for the Lord.

As God continued to shape my life, I answered a deeper call to ministry. In 2003, I began theological training, studied at Moody Bible Institute, and went on to serve faithfully in the local church as a teacher, deacon, men’s leader, pastor, and hospice chaplain. Along the way, God gave me a heart for leaders—especially pastors—leading me to serve as a “Pastor to Pastors,” offering prayer, encouragement, and confidential counsel.

Today, I also serve with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, helping equip churches through evangelism and discipleship training. His passion is to see the Church unified, strengthened, and mobilized to reach the lost.

Through Beacon Light Ministries, that calling has expanded globally—especially across East Africa, Pakistan, and Bangladesh—where churches are being planted, leaders are being trained, and communities are being served through feeding programs, orphan care, and discipleship. What began as one man’s surrender has become a growing movement of God’s love in action.

At the heart of it all is my deepest joy: seeing lives transformed by Jesus Christ and walking alongside believers as they grow into maturity and faithful service.

From Fort Pierce to the nations, my message remains the same:

No life is too broken for God to restore, and no calling is too small for Him to use.
